All of our products are covered by a 30 day return policy from date of invoice.

Customers requiring a refund or exchange of items due to defect or dissatisfaction within 30 days of the original date of invoice may do so provided that they receive an RMA number and instructions by e-mailing sales with the word “RMA” at the beginning of the subject. To receive an RMA the date of the original purchase and reason for returning the item should be included in the e-mail.

Conditions for RMA

• All returns not for defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Physically damaged items due to improper handling or installation may not be returned.
• Items sent for return or exchange are required to be shipped at the customers expense in their original packaging.

Replacement Guarantee
Customers who have purchased extended replacement guarantees may request an RMA at any time within the period of their warrantee for products that are defective or accidentally damaged through normal use or for any other reason. The original purchase date and order number are required for all returns.

Conditions for Extended Replacement Guarantee

• Item must have been purchased from VON-Supply.com and returned to us within the warrantee period.
• Warrantees are not refundable and must be purchased at the original time of sale.
• Warrantees apply only to the original purchase.
